“The relationship with SJFS started after Big Shoulders Fund entered into a 10 year agreement with the Archdiocese of Chicago for us to have a strategic partnership and operations of 30 schools, roughly a $70 million investment from our end. It allows us to be more nimble and have a long term view of these schools instead of them being on the brink of closing each year.
